QUALIFICATIONS HELP CFFE BOOST EMPLOYMENT IN SHEFFIELD

Efforts to help even more Sheffield people into work have been boosted, with all staff at the Centre for Full Employment (CFFE) successfully achieving NVQ qualifications.

Senior Managers led the way by achieving an NVQ level 5 in Operational Management, developing skills in managing change, financial aspects of operating a business, people management, making critical decisions and quality improvement. Team Leaders received a NVQ level 4 in Management and demonstrated skills in managing a team and resources. Other staff members gained level 3 qualifications in Advice and Guidance or Recruitment Consultancy.

Staff training is just one of a number of measures used by CFFE to ensure the organisation delivers an effective and high quality service to both internal and external clients.

Paula Hamilton, External Services Manager at CFFE said: “Cffe are committed to developing staff and by investing in training Cffe can ensure that staff deliver a high quality service and work towards reducing the levels of unemployment in Sheffield.
