Job Description
THIS JOB IS SUPPORTED BY THE FUTURE JOBS FUND AND THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA WILL APPLY; APPLICANTS MUST BE BETWEEN 18 & 24 AND HAVE BEEN IN RECEIPT OF JOB SEEKERS ALLOWANCE FOR AT LEAST 26 WEEKS. THIS IS A 6 MONTH PAID EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
• Filling the Klix Machines with cups and passing on requirements to Hannah.
• Conducting a weekly chair audit and reporting minor problems with chairs to maintenance.
• Removing broken chairs from the calling floor.
• Informing management of chair shortages.
• Following up on maintenance requests.
• Collating feedback from Client Support Manager’s regarding the cleaning of the site and passing these requests on to either Carol or directly to the cleaners.
• Checking the general tidiness of the site and reporting to Client Support Manager’s instructing the issues to be resolved.
• Alerting IT of broken IT equipment and if requested returning it to the IT department.
• Helping to move purchased incentives to where they are stored.
• Moving recycled paper to the out-door recycling bin
• Productivity Management – During tasks they would monitor Agent statuses across the Broomhill (could be across SQ also) site by logging on to AntCom pulse. They would then alert TL’s to agents that have been in a certain pause code for a longer than expected time e.g. break, wrap-up. They may be able to contact the Agent directly by ‘barging’ the call
