Job Description
THIS JOB IS SUPPORTED BY THE FUTURE JOBS FUND AND THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA WILL APPLY; APPLICANTS MUST BE BETWEEN 18 & 24 AND HAVE BEEN IN RECEIPT OF JOB SEEKERS ALLOWANCE FOR AT LEAST 26 WEEKS. THIS IS A 6 MONTH PAID EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY • To provide a high level of service to customers which include prospective tenants, tenants, estate agents, landlords, users of serviced apartments and other undefined key users of our services
• To participate in local and national marketing by researching appropriate markets and to pro-actively market our services in writing and by telephone
• Maintain high standard of lettings shop and office presentation
• General administration procedures
• Making and receiving telephone calls to book or otherwise deal with customer enquiries and bookings
• Completing booking forms and other paperwork efficiently and effectively
• Taking payments for services
• Receiving and sending faxes
• Word processing
• General research
• Filing and general admin duties
• Checking apartment standards and ensuring apartments are ready for occupation
• Sorting out laundry for collection and recording details
• Collecting and delivering laundry
• Resolving customer issues pre and post check in
• Undertaking check in
• Organising cleaners
• Personal Assistant Service to Partners
• Assist cleaners when absolutely necessary
